Our trees are FRESH CUT and shipped via UPS on the same day your order
is placed to GUARANTEE the utmost quality, freshness, and convenience!
You will receive your fresh cut tree within a few days, not weeks which if
it is properly cared for, will last the entire Holiday season with a fresh
appearance and excellent needle retention. Trees that are purchased on
a tree lot may have been cut weeks before they are purchased. A fresh cut
tree will absorb up to 1 gallon of water per day. If the tree is not placed in
water as soon as possible, it will cause the tree to dry out leading to poor
appearance and needle retention.

We take pride in our reputation for QUALITY Trees.
If you receive a product that you are not completely satisfied with
contact us immediately so we can correct the situation!
